Packet Pickup Instructions & Information

If you are picking up your own Race Packet:

1. Confirm your registration to ensure that you are registered.
2. Prior to the expo, we will be sending you an email containing your registration information, bib number, corral assignment, and waiver. Print this file, read and sign the waiver, and bring it with you to the expo.
3. In order to receive a race packet, the form must be signed and presented at the packet pick-up tables.
4. If your registration information contains errors, support staff will be available at the Expo to fix the problem(s).

In summary, bring the following to the expo:

a) your government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc), and

b) your printed and signed 2013 Registration & Waiver form which you will receive via the email address you used to register.

The Expo is open on Fri - 5/03 from 1 pm to 7 pm, and on Sat - 5/04 from 10 am to 6 pm. Additional information about the Expo can be found here.

If you are a member of a Relay Team:

Either member of a relay team may pick up the race packets for their entire team. Please coordinate with your teammate which of you will pick up the race packet for your team.

Please follow the process above for "Picking up your own Race Packet".

If someone else is picking up your Race Packet for you:

1. Confirm your registration to ensure that you are registered.
2. Prior to the expo, we will be sending you an email containing your registration information, bib number, corral assignment, and waiver. Print this file, read and sign the waiver. In order to receive a race packet, the form must be signed by YOU (not the person picking up your race packet). We will only accept the original form, not a photocopy.
3. Ask the person picking up your Race Packet to print and complete the Proxy Pick-up Form. Copies of this form will also be available at the Expo.
4. Print a copy of your driver's license.

In summary, ask someone to bring to the expo:

a) a printed copy of Your government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc), and

b) Your completed original 2013 Registration & Waiver form which you will receive via the email address you used to register,

along with,

1) Their completed and signed Proxy Pick-up Form, and

2) Their government-issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc).
