Designated Beneficiaries for The New Jersey Marathon Festival
Our beneficiaries are our partners, providing volunteers and other support.
All designated beneficiaries must be actively involved in our Marathon Festival by:
- Supplying at least thirty (30) volunteers for the NJMF, and
- Actively promoting the NJMF through their own communication channels

The Shana Foundation is a non-profit corporation established to educate the public and health care professionals about the dangers, warning signs, symptoms, and treatment protocol of bacterial meningitis, which is a potentially fatal infection that can be transmitted person to person. College students, particularly freshman living in campus residence halls, are especially vulnerable.

The Long Branch Concordance, a local non-profit agency established in 2004, works to improve the lives of families in Long Branch and the surrounding area by finding resources for people in need, fostering individual and family development and creating partnerships for community well-being.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth County - Making a positive difference in the lives of children who are facing emotional, social, and academic challenges, through professionally supported mentoring relationships with a caring adult.

Family Promise of Monmouth County is an affiliate of national Family Promise, and provides food, shelter and comprehensive services to homeless families in Monmouth County in cooperation with a network of interfaith congregations, while advocating innovative solutions to chronic homelessness.

St. Vincent de Paul Society - Holy Trinity Conference Long Branch, NJ Serving the poor and homeless in the Greater Long Branch Area; a Catholic Lay Organization that distributes aid without concern for race, creed, color, ethnic background or religion.

Telcordia Pioneers - Supporting social services and educational programs in Central and Northern New Jersey.


Exchange, America's Service Club, is a group of men and women working together to make our communities better places to live through programs of service in American Community Service, Youth Activities, and its national project, the Prevention of Abuse.

The Family Support Center of NJ is a clearinghouse of up-to-date information on national, state and local family support programs, services and disabilities. The Center offers a "One-Stop-Shopping" approach to individuals seeking information on disabilities and services by providing them with easy access to a comprehensive array of services.


Freehold Borough Education Foundation - To plant seeds of excellence through creative and innovative teaching, student development and enhanced community/school partnerships.

Autism Family Tours with Brianna, Inc. - Mission is to provide customized, therapeutic, educationsl travel programs for autistic children and their immediate family members. Share latest interventions concerning therapies, and programs that can aid the autistic child and the entire family. Concentrate on strengthening the family unit by offering support programs and respite to caregivers and siblings.


The Kortney Rose Foundation helps in raising awareness that brain tumors are the #1 cancer-related cause of death in children 19 and under, and to make a difference in the lives of children/families suffering with brain tumors.

The LADACIN Network provides education, therapeutic, social, residential and support services for infants, children, and adults with cerebral palsy and other multiple physical and developmental disabilities.

Running On Love is a New Jersey non-profit 501c3 charitable organization, whose mission is to organize teams of participants devoted to "Running On Love", and raising money and awareness for organizations, and families in need.

The Boys and Girls Club of Monmouth County is a private non-profit organization that serves children that come from some of the most difficult circumstances in the County. With a professional licensed staff, B&GC of Monmouth's youth enjoy a variety of activities ranging from swimming in the Club's pool to exploring the world of computers.

Aslan Youth Ministries, established in 1975, provides relationship-based programs that permanently impact the bodies, minds and spirits of disadvantaged urban children and empower them to overcome their negative environments and circumstances.
