Our Volunteers are the Best!


The New Jersey Marathon Weekend could not take place without our volunteers.  We have over 1000 of the most wonderful folks helping us at Registration, at the Expo, at the Start, on the Course, and at the Finish Line.   They're out there handing you water, pointing you in the right direction, taking care of your finish line bag, giving you a steady arm after you cross the finish line, handing you a bagel or an orange, answering your questions, and--most of all--CHEERING YOU ALL THE WAY!

If you or someone you know would like to become a part of this marvelous group, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator at Volunteers! or fill out the application below.  All volunteers will receive a classy volunteer tee and the thanks of thousands. More importantly, you will experience a sense of great satisfaction knowing that you helped make this "weekend for the kids" a smashing success!

Start Area, Ocean Promenade near Ocean Place Resort (6 - 9 A.M.)

Course Management (Directing the runners at intersections. Watching for traffic. Must be 18 or older.)
